Return and Refund Policy

At Cyomi, we value your satisfaction with the products you purchase from us. In the event that you need to return an item, we have outlined our Return and Refund Policy below to ensure a seamless and transparent process.

a.  Returns

1. Eligibility

The product can be replaced within 7 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Initiation Process

To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received the RMA number, please follow the instructions provided for returning the item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

    These non-returnable items will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

    b. Refunds

    1. Approval and Processing

    Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    2. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please feel free to reach out to us.

    3. Shipping Costs

    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    4. Replacement Policy

    Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery. After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order by giving proper reasons for cancellation, only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another CYOMI product(s) available on our website of same or higher value by paying the remainder. Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 24 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else CYOMI will not be liable to accept the product. In such cases, the customer will have to write to info@cyomi.in.in and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end. We will try to repair or replace the product. However, CYOMI reserves the right to determine authenticity of damage and to decide whether we may be able to repair or replace the product. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. CYOMI will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the product. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

    A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

    • Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product
    • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
    • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

    Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.
